Aluminum Wing and Hardware Replacement

MRDC offers Aluminum Manual Revolving Door Wing and Hardware Replacement Kits in 3- or 4-Wing options. These rehab kits are manufactured and assembled in our facilities per customer specifications for ANY existing revolving door enclosure made today.

Wing & Hardware Kits include:

  • (1) Speed Control  Manual Overhead or Floor
  • (1) Complete Center Shaft Assembly:  Center Shaft, Shaft Cover, Drive Pin (Top or Bottom), Shaft Set Screw, Pivot Pin (Top or bottom)
  • (1) Pivot Assembly (Ceiling or Floor)
  • (2) Wing Disc Assemblies (3 or 4-wing)
  • (6 or 8) Hanger Assemblies
  • Wing Assemblies (with or without glass and glazing)
  • (2) Revolving Door Lock Assemblies (without cylinders)
  • Aluminum Wing Bumpers
  • Push Bars (Round or Flat)
  • (1) Weatherstripping set

Hanger Assemblies

All of our Hanger Assemblies are cast in 421 Manganese Bronze because of its hardness, strength and durability.

Center Shaft Adapters & Attachment Parts

Either overhead or floor speed controls.

Disc Assemblies

All of our disc assemblies are cast in 421 Manganese Bronze because of its hardness, strength and durability.

Floor Pivot Assemblies

MRDC pivots and replacement parts have a stainless steel upper with a black zinc-plated lower casing.

Speed Controls

MRDC manufactures both Floor and Overhead Speed Control Units for revolving doors.

Weatherstripping

Complete sets are available in Standard, International, Custom Tee or Staple Styles.

Lock Assemblies

MRDC Surface Applied Locks are cast in solid brass or aluminum in a variety of finishes.
